Get out of your head and onto the page

You know journaling will help you be more connected to yourself. But where do you start? What do you write about? And how on earth do you find the time to add writing into your schedule?

I believe that journalling only 10 minutes a day will help you feel more balanced and creative. Even if it feels like you have nothing to say, or to write about. And yes, even if you don't feel inspired.

I'm here to help you make journaling part of your routine with tips, tricks, prompts and just a lot of inspiration. And don't worry, your pages don't have to be pretty, you're the only one who's going to see them.

It's time to get out of your head and experience more clarity, peace and balance.

Create a daily writing and journaling habit to feel more balanced and at peace. Discover the joy in writing and me-time.

Connect with yourself

Unlock layers you didn't know you had, and deal with old feelings you're holding on to. Literally let it go through writing.

Only 10 minutes daily

The benefits of journaling and writing don't have to take long. It only takes 10 minutes a day. So 'I don't have the time' is no excuse.

I wrote my first journal when I was 8. I started it with a classic 'dear diary'. Over the years, I kept writing and used my journal to record my story ideas, poetry and even as a planner. It wasn't until I discovered morning pages back in 2010 that I found what worked for me.

Morning pages and a daily journaling practice have given me a lot. They have been my rock during therapy and helped me through good and bad times. And are the perfect tool to warm up to start all my writing projects.

It's one of the tools I cannot live without anymore. And over the years, I've filled up at least 150 journals.

I'm here to help you do the same and find a journaling practice that helps and supports you and fuels your creative fire.

Are you ready to go on a journey with me?

Sitting in a cafe with my chai latte, laptop out and writing the best articles. That’s the dream, right? In reality, I’m writing to you from the sofa in sweatpants and from underneath a comfy blanket. What happened here? We’ve all seen them, those Pinterest perfect workspaces. Squeaky clean white, super stylish and not a…

When you find yourself at a crossroad

Pembrokeshire coastal path, Wicklow Way, the entire coastal path, or the three peaks. I’ve never been much of an adventurer or a camper, so this came as a surprise: I want to go hiking for weeks or months.  Ever since I lived in Wales right along the Pembrokeshire coastal path, I’ve been dying to hike…
